How Do I Track My Order?

- Free delivery.

- For orders submitted prior to 3 pm on weekdays, typically, items are dispatched within 1-2 business days, contingent upon order verification, a well-defined and comprehensive delivery address, as well as the availability of store items.

- For those living within the city borders of Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Sharjah, we are pleased to offer the Same Day Delivery for a nominal fee of +20 AED. To take advantage of this service, simply submit your order before 11 am and we will ensure that your package arrives the very same day. Of course, if you miss the cutoff time for Same Day Delivery, there's no need to worry - we will still process your order promptly and get it shipped out to you as soon as possible. In most cases, you can expect to receive your package on the following business day. 

- The Same Day Delivery order shall be delivered between 5 pm and 10 pm. If you need it delivered earlier, please contact us for further options.

- Cash On Delivery is Available (+10 AED)

Delivery Time

Typically, items are ready to ship within a timeframe of 4-5 days, although this may be influenced by variables such as confirmation of the order, the completeness of the delivery address, and whether the items are available in-store. 

Our Returns Policy encompasses a 7-day window, affording you the opportunity to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, your item must remain in its original condition, untarnished and unused, complete with tags, and presented in its initial packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also requisite.

While (Party Corner) will issue a refund for the returned merchandise, the cost of shipping will not be reimbursed.

The onus of return shipping lies with the customer, who is also responsible for making suitable shipping arrangements. To initiate a return, kindly log in to your account, navigate to your order history, and select the specific order for return. Upon acceptance of your return request, a return shipping label and comprehensive instructions on packaging and dispatch will be furnished. Please be advised that items sent without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Concerns:

Upon receipt of your order, we urge you to meticulously inspect the items. Should you identify any defects, damage, or discrepancies such as receiving an incorrect item, we encourage you to promptly contact us. This will enable us to promptly address and rectify the situation.

Exchanges:

To expedite the process of securing the item you desire, we recommend returning the item in question. Once your return has been approved, you can then initiate a separate purchase for the desired replacement.

Refunds:

Following the receipt and thorough evaluation of your return, we will communicate the approval status of the refund. Once approved, an automatic refund will be issued via your original payment method. Please bear in mind that the processing and posting of refunds by your bank or credit card company may entail some processing time.
